1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping:

• FREE shipping on orders over ₦10,000
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days (Lagos)
• Other states: 5-10 business days
• Shipping fees apply to orders under ₦10,000

Delivery:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• You will receive tracking information via email/SMS
• Someone must be available to receive the package
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy:

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact
• Underwear, swimwear, and sale items are non-returnable

Return Process:

• We will provide return instructions
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
